Ald. Bischof stated on March 1, 2009 the City paid $195,000.00 on the principle of the water/sewer bond utilizing the City’s funds and that a repayment schedule needs to be set. Ald. Bischof made a motion an account be set up for a repayment schedule from the water/sewer department and to charge a 1% interest rate. Ald. Wilson seconded the motion. Ald. Douglas – aye, Ald. Wilson – aye, Ald. Deardorff – aye, Ald. Bischof – aye.
