City Ordinance # 826 requires that the above taxes be paid during the months of November and December for 2010. City motor Vehicle license tax is due at the same time of payment of taxes for the year of 2011. A paid personal property tax receipt is required before a license fee is sold. 

Section 300.030. The amount of the license fee to be paid for the city motor vehicle licenses shall be $10.00 provided the license is purchased prior to the 1st day of January.

Effective January 1st, the price of the license will increase to $11.00.

Effective February 1st, the price of the license will be increase to $12.00.

Effective march 1st, the price of the license will be increased to $20.00 

March 16th, 2011 anyone operating a motor vehicle upon the city streets for Bloomfield, Missouri for which payment of the annual city motor vehicle license has not been paid, the owner for the vehicle.
