City Ordinance # 826 requires that the above taxes be paid during the months of November and December for 2009. City motor Vehicle license tax is due at the same time of payment of taxes for the year of 2009. A paid personal property tax receipt is required before a license fee is sold. 

Section 3. The amount of the license fee to be paid for the city motor vehicle licenses shall be $3.00 provided the license is purchased prior to the 15th day of January.

Effective January 15th, the price of the license will increase to $4.00.

Effective February 15th, the price of the license will be increase to $5.00.

Effective march 15th, the price of the license will be increased to $10.00 

March 16th, 2010 anyone operating a motor vehicle upon the city streets for Bloomfield, Missouri for which payment of the annual city motor vehicle license has not been paid, the owner for the vehicle.
